Volunteer Needed!

We currently need one artist to volunteer as a replacement for a Santa that is not able to complete their gift this year due to an injury. We will greatly appreciate any help offered!
Please note that the volunteer will be doing this completely out of good will, unless an additional artist would like to make a gift for you.
If anyone knows an artist who can volunteer or make an additional gift, please remember refer them to this journal!

Please remember to send in your wishlist by Oct 20th 2014! (In three days)
If we do not receive a wishlist from you by the time we distribute them, we will have no choice but to remove you from our event this year. This will not result in a permanent ban, it simply means that you won't be able to participate this year.
If for any reason you must withdraw from our event, please notify us at the LATEST Oct 23rd. If you don't, you will still be responsible for the your Secret Santa gift.

We hope you have had a great year thus far! As you may or may not know, we are holding the another Secret Santa event for the year 2014!
Each year we send out many invites in hopes that we have as many talented artists as possible willing (and able) to participate in our Secret Santa event. Each year we also have many other artists who would love to take part but did not get an invite. This year we would like to offer those artists a chance to take part!

We are very happy that you could join us this year in our Secret Santa event of 2014!
As you may or may not know, each of you will need to make a wishlist of what you'd like you Santa to draw for you. Feel free make a journal here on dA, Tumblr, your personal website, etc. Just make sure it is accessible and link able! You also have the option of making a private wishlist that only we, and your Santa can see.
